1. How close is the building to train stations?

The Madison is about a 10-15 minute walk to Blue, Pink and Green lines that can take you to the suburbs, into the city center and connecting to Metra lines. We also have multiple bus stops within a block or two of our front door.

2. Where's the nearest park with green space for my dog?

The closest park is a short three block walk to Skinner Park or a six block walks to Mary Bartelme Park, both with beautiful green space and dog parks.

3. Is parking inlcuded in rent?

Parking is not included in the price of rent. We only want you paying for what you need, and some residents don't need a parking space.

4. What elementary school district is The Madison located in?

We are located in Chicago School District 299 with Skinner Elementary less than a half-mile from our community.

5. Are there any grocery stores or shopping around?

Mariano's, Whole Foods and Target are all within a 10-15 minute walk from us.

Great Staff, very friendly community (& pet friendly). Pool, gym, heated garage, and no shortage of Weber gas grills. Breath taking view on the rooftop with plenty of lounge space. Complex hosts several mixers which are planned well and always a good time & great way to meet folks. Complex is in a great location close to bars/shops and a quick bus ride to the loop. Actual apartments are nice and what you would want to expect out of a newer building.
