The Madison is about a 10-15 minute walk to Blue, Pink and Green lines that can take you to the suburbs, into the city center and connecting to Metra lines. We also have multiple bus stops within a block or two of our front door.

The closest park is a short three block walk to Skinner Park or a six block walks to Mary Bartelme Park, both with beautiful green space and dog parks.

Parking is not included in the price of rent. We only want you paying for what you need, and some residents don't need a parking space.

We are located in Chicago School District 299 with Skinner Elementary less than a half-mile from our community.

Mariano's, Whole Foods and Target are all within a 10-15 minute walk from us.
